Advance Welding

Skill Department of Automotive Studies has established a state-of-the-art Advance Welding Laboratory equipped with cutting-edge technologies from ESAB, a renowned American-Swedish company at Centre of Excellence. This laboratory provides a comprehensive platform for skill development in welding.

Advance Welding laboratory equipped with an heavy-duty, industry-grade welding equipment, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding, MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welding, SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and Oxy-Acetylene Welding. These advanced technologies enable students to acquire expertise in various welding processes, preparing them for the diverse requirements of modern industry.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors of advance welding, students receive hands-on training and exposure to Latest welding equipment and technologies, Safety protocols & best practices and Material handling & preparation. While training on the latest welding technologies, students become Industry-ready professionals, equipped to start their own welding business/ venture and prepared for careers in automotive manufacturing, aerospace, construction, and other industries.
